ROYAL INSTITUTE OF BRITISH ARCHITECTS HIS MAJESTY OPENS NEW PREMISES (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Bth November. The King, accompanied by the Queen, opeiied to-day Che nc,yy and beautilul headquarters of tlie, Rpyal Institute of British Architects. Tlie building, which cost £125,000, has been built in the centenary year of tlie Institute, which has been the principal agency in creating the system of architectural education in Britain and in fostering development of similar institutions in the dominions.
