McKAY BEATS FRANKLIN (By To] egraph—Press Association) BLENHEIM, This Day. Winning practically ' every round Johnny McKay (9st lOJlbs) easily outpointed Joe Franklin (9st 21bs) over 12 rounds. It was a hard slugging match all the way, devoid of scientific boxing, and drew only a small house. Franklin hunted a knock-out all through but the winner kept liis jaw well tucked away.
