PROSECUTION AT BLENHEIM (By Telegraph—Press Association') BLENHEIM, This Day. A pistol dating hack to the Crimean War and the Indian Mutiny, if not as far back as tho days of Dick Turpin, was featured in the Magistrate’s Court this morning j when Allan Carter was charged with failing to register it as a firearm. It has been a family heirloom for generations. The defendant was convicted and discharged.
