MARTON JOCKEY CLUB (By Telegraph—Press Association) MARTON. This Day. The Marion Jockey Club’s Spring Meeting was held to day in fine weather. The track was in excellent condition, and there, was a good attendance. Results : Juvenile Plate, of £SO; four furlongs—--2 Severe, 8.0 (Atkins), 1; 1 Symeony, 8.0, 2; 4 Gay Stick, 8.0, 3. All started. Won by half a length, two and a half lengths between second and third. Time, 51 l-ssco.

Maiden Race, of £55 ; six furlongs—l Gallant Knight, 8.7 (Atkins), 1; 5 Count Roussillon, 8.7, 2; 3 Reipar, 8.7, 3. Scratched : Taumau, Allington. Won by two lengths, three lengths. Time, 1.17 2-5.

Open Hurdles, of £80; one mile and a half—4 Silent Bill. 10.2 (McHugh), 1; 3 Ruanui, 9.11, 2; 6 War Eagle, 9.0, 3. Won by five lengths, eight lengths. All started. Time, 2.50.
