RECAITURE OF MONT ST. QUENTIN (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) AMIENS, 2nd September. ; On the anniversary of the recapture of Mont St. Quentin, the Mayor of Beauvais presided at the commemoration ceremony of laying two wreaths on the monuments to the French and Australian soldiers. After the service the Mayor gave u short- address and read General Rosenthal’s letter of thanks for the flag of the French Commune presented to the Second Australian Division
