DAMAGES AGAINST MOTORIST I (By Telegraph—Preßs Association) DUNEDIN, 18th August. Deciding that the speed of a motorist was too great and that he should have regulated his speed on a bend of the road, Mr Justice Kennedy gave judgment for £392 damages in favour of the Rev. James Gemmell, Presbyterian minister, of Warrington, who was a passenger in a buggy which was struck by the motor-car and was thrown out, suffering injury.
