COURT OF APPEAL
APPLICATION REFUSED (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Iho Court of Appeal this morning delivered reserved judgment in an application for special leave to appeal in ihe cases of Wilson versus the Loan and Mercantile Agency. The Court held that the reasons advanced by applicant were not sufficient, and as tho matters involved were not of gyeat public ini portauce leave was refused.
