QUESTION OF FORTIFYING TO BE RAISED AT GENEVA (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) ISTANBUL, 29th April. . Tewfik Ruslidi Bey will raise et Geneva the question of fortifying the Dardanelles, seeking a suppression of the 11011-military zones and a modification of the Lausanne Treaty prohibition of the fortification of tbe Dardanelles. It is believed that Russia and tlie Balkan Entente will suport him.
