Air Justice Smith who commenced his duties in Auckland a short time alter his appointment to fc'ha Supreme Court Bench in 1928, will in future be permanently stationed in Wellington. His Honour, who is chairman of the Royal Commission on Native A Hairs, will sit at Wellington when the work of the Commission is completed. Mr Justice Smith's position at Auckland will be filled by Mr Justice Fair, who inis been engaged at Wellington since his appointment as a Judge of
