RESTORATION OF CUT 3 POSSIBLE STRIKE AVERTED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) WASHINGTON, 26th April. The possibility of a serious railway strike appeals to have been obviated by the announcemeift that railway labour and managements have agreed to the restoration of the 10 per emit, wage reductions by Ist April 1035.
