CAUGHT IN BLIZZARD
CYCLIST HAS TOES FROZEN (United Presß Association—By Electric TelegTaph—Copyright) MELBOURNE, 21st April., While testing the route of the cycle race from Harrietviiie to Hothain. Ossie Nicholson was caught in a blizzard and had his toes frozen. He finished first with his socks soaked in brandy. Cars had to go ahead to make tracks in the snow. Nicholson covered 13J miles, climbing 1300 feet in 90 minutes.
