HOCKEY ASSOCIATION

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING At a meeting of the Nelson Hockey Association Management Committee on Wednesday evening it) was decided to apply for a Saturday match against the Australian team to tour New Zealand this season. Messrs T. O’Callaghan, W. Gallon and R. Best were elected as an Emergency Committee. Nominations were iceeivcd for the senior and junior competitions from Kiwi, Waimai, Stoke, Walcatu, United and Federal clubs. Classification of players as submitted by the various clubs was approved. The following fixtures for Saturday 28th were drawn: — Senior United v. Waimai. Federal v. Kiv^i. Wakatu v. Stoke. Junior Kiwi v. Stoke. Waimai v. Wakatu. Federal v. United.
