Ihe wheat conference terminated after arriving at the conclusion that a further • lowering of production was necessary to avoid a world surplus, quotas already being too high compared with tlie estimated demands. The report recommends that Governments where possible should reduce milling extraction and adopt denaturing. This is practicable in Britain blit not in America.
