ANTI=GOVERNMENT MOVEMENT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 9th April, 2 p.m.) LIMA (Peru), Bth April. Travellers arriving from Bolivia report that a serious revolution has been in progress for several days, with casualties running into hundreds. The populace. according to reports, are resentful against tho government’s disastrous prosecution of the war with Paraguay in Gran Chaca, which has now continued for two years, with the Bolivian forces vapidly losing ground and heavy casualties. Students have started an antigovernment movement, with army units later joining. Loyal forces bombed the rebels, killing and wounding many. It is thought the Government has not fallen yet, but the situation is apparently serious.
