EX.SOLDIERS’ PENSIONS A DELICATE MATTER (United PreHs Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 7th April. Tbe new French decrees are expected to reduce ex-soldiers’ pensions by £20,000.000. Their administration is more delicate than public service economics, owing to the ex-soldiers’ numbers and prestige. It is hoped that the ex-sol-diers’ delegates to tbe conference on the 9th April with the Minister of Pensions will accept them.
