A fire in Langdon’s road, near Papnnui at 8 o’clock last evening destroyed an apple store and its contents, ownei hy G. Illingworth, who estimates hie total loss at £IOOO. The building was insured for £250 in the. A.P.A. Company. How the Pic originated is not known, but Illingworth is certain Unit it was 'lone deliberately. He passed the shed at 7 o’clock and heard the rattling of boxes in a corner. The fact that" the fire began in the same corner led him to believe that it was not accidental
