ARRESTS FOR ESPIONAGE
A YEAR’S INVESTIGATIONS MANY DETECTIVES PARTICIPATE (United Press' Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 20th December. The “Mail’s” Paris correspondent says that 18 espionage arrests, mostly of foreigners, mark the climax of nearly a year’s delicate investigations wherein about 200 detectives participated. Further arrests are expected.
