THE ALLOCATIONS Allocations from Die art union which closed on 2nd December and was drawn on Monday were announced on Tuesday night by the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. J. A. Young. Details are: £ Early Settlers’ Association, Wellington (to pay off debentures and accrued interest) 550 Smith Family Joy-Spreaders, Wellington (relief purposes) .... 250 Rangiotu Hall Society (towards liquidating bank overdraft) .... 300 St. Kilda Beach Improvement Society (in reduction of bank overdraft 300 Stewart Island social services 250 Newton Hall Society (liquidate bank overdraft, provided the society liquidates all other liabilities 200 Rev. Fielden Taylor, Wellington, Children's Summer Camps .... 100 Manawatu Bowl nig, Croquet and and Tennis Club (liquidate bank overdraft) 250 Raetihi Farmers’ Institute (liquidate bank overdraft, conditional on settlers raising £200) , 000 Mayors’ Funds, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin, £250 each for relief of distress 1000 Rangitikci Cricket Association (towards liquidating debts, conditional on' the association itself jurying oil' its debentures) .... 500 New Zealand Red Cross, Wellington (relief purposes) 200 £-1500
