TOUR OF DOMINION .EVENT TO TAKE PLACE (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 20th December, 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. Contrary to a resolution passed by the State* Amateur Athletic Association, Metcalfe and Ilampson, with the Tasmanian Banviek, wil make a tour of New Zealand, leaving Sydney on the 15th February. The secretary, Mr Heatliwood. said that the association would not debar Metcalfe and Ilampson from making the trip. “We are lighting for a principle and are not concerned with the individual. As a matter of fact we are trying to safeguard the athlete.”
