GANGSTER KILLING
BODIES OF TWO WOMEN FOUND BURIED IN CORNFIELD (United Press Association—-By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 30th November, 1.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON. 29th November. A message from Dowiiingtown, Pennsylvania, states that another gruesome gangster killing comparable with the St. Valentine massacre, was disclosed by the discovery here, of the bodies of two women in a foot deep grave. They had been missing since with two notorious gangsters as male companions they were taken “for a ride” on Ist November. While the men’s bodies were discovered immediately after the crime the women’s remained hidden until to-day when a farmer found them buried in a cornfield.
