An illustration of how advertising can assist public welfare, and he of important educational value, was recently given by Mr 11. F. Ward, manager of the Guardian Trust and Executors Company dl New Zealand, Ltd. “As you know,” stated Mr Ward, “much of nor business comes as the result of being appointed in wills to act in tin; capacity of Trustee and Executor. Many wiils in existence to-day are quite inadequate in light of changed conditions. It is possible for a. man, who takes every other step to ensure the future of his family and who, indeed, makes if the major part of his life’s work U> build up an estate on solid foundations lor his family's benefit., lo jeopardise their future, through failure to revise his will in view of the changing conditions of either his finances or his family. Now this is where advertising.is of benefit to the public,” said Mr Ward, “if is our duty to use tlio advertising columns of the Cress to acquaint. the public of the lined for will revision. We are thoroughly convinced of the viilue of (lie newspaper advertising for our purposes.
