Secretary. __ "RICHMOND BOROUGH COUNCIL ■\TOTICE is hereby given that at a IN Special Meeting of the Richmond Borough Council held on the 14th day of NQvember, 1933, it was resolved by Special Order that the Council make a By-law under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and its amendments, and notice is hereby given that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Richmond, on Tuesday, 12th day of December, 1933, at 7.30 p.m., at which meeting the date of the coming into force of the By-law will be fixed. A full copy of the said By-law is deposited at the Town Clerk’s Office, Richmond, where the same will be open for inspection during office hours'until the confirming meeting is held. The object and purpose of the proposed By-law is to provide that no person shall on any street, private street or public place within tlie Borough, ride any bicycle, or use any bicycle for the carriage of any person or goods, unless such bicycle shall have.the rear mudguard painted in white for a distance of not less than nine inches from the rear end thereof.
