INSURANCE QUESTION. (United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright) PARIS, 27th July. The British underwriters responsible for the insurance of the liner L’Atlantique say it could have been restored in eight months in a British yard to its original condition at a cost of £1,175,000. If they can prove this to the satisfaction of the commercial tribunal of the Seine Department they will only lx> required to pay that amount. Otherwise they must pay the owners about £2000,000.
