CELEBRATING IN AMERICA BOMBINGS IN CHICAGO (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) NEW YORK, 2nd May. Communists and other Radicals throughout the Western. .Hemisphere lehrated May Day in traditional manner by mass meetings and oratory. They were, however, unusually free from violence, hut the day was greeted m Chicago by a series of five bombings in down town sections, doing about Iot),UUU dollars worth of damage, mainly in smashed windows. There were no casualties.
