EUROPEAN PEACE
NEW SCHEME BEING PREPARED BY FRANCE (United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyright) PARIS, 4th April. •M. Boncour hopes to liave the peace pact plan ready for submission to Cabinet on Wednesday, after which it will be communicated to the Governments. France has no desire to reject the idea, but disapproves the present draft. The new scheme will be based on both the Italian and British proposals, but it seems probable that it has been inspired chiefly by the British plan, which it is believed provides for Poland and the Little Entente being drawn into consultation when questions concerning them arise. The scheme is also likely to modify the proposals for German equality and treaty revision.
