CONQUEST OF ALL CHINA
CONTEMPLATED TREATY JAPAN AND MANCHUKUO REPORTS FROM NANKING (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy rigli t) (Received 13th March, 8.40 a.in.) SHANGHAI, 11th March. Reports are current in Nanking that Japan and Manchukuo contemplate a treaty providing for the conquest of all China, and the establishment of a Federated Chinese Empire, with Puyi resuming the throne. The Japanese captured Kupeikow pass leading from Jchol into North China, and the Chinese forces are fleeing. The Japanese announce that they have no intention of proceeding beyond the Wall.
