WEST AUSTRALIA SEVERAL DEATHS REPORTED BUSH FIRES DESTROY FARM DOMES (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 11th February, 10.10 a.m.) PERTH, This Day. Another century reading prolonged the most sensational heat wave in the history of Western Australia. The registration at noon was 110 degrees. Six or seven deaths of elderly persons are attributed to the terrific heat. The Mayor of Kalgoorlie, Mi* Bernard Leslie, collapsed and died. He was one of the outstanding personalities of the goldfields. Bush fires are raging in many parts of the State, and several homes and farms have been burnt out.
