GENEVA, 14th December. Mr Henderson, at a meeting of the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference, reported Germany’s agreement to return to the discussions on the 31st January. Mr Davis departing for Paris, said that the five power talk had prepared the way for real progress. He sails for New York on Thursday.
