BRITISH PAYMENT
ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED
RUGBY, 14th December. Arrangements have been completed through the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve Bank whereby the British payment of 95.550,000 dollars in gold will to-morrow bo af the disposal in New York of the United States Treasury; It is believed that no further communication is likely regarding this payment.
