RESIGNATION OF RAILWAY , . COMMISSIONER (United Press Association—By ElectricTelegraph—Copyright) (Received 15th December, 10.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Chief Railway Commissioner-, Mr Cleary, has forwarded his resignation to the Premier. It is understood the resignation was actuated by private reasons, hot because of differences with the Ministry. The total losses shown on State business and industrial enterprises during the year ended 30tii June amounted to £6,445,730. Railway accounts showed a deficiency of £4,564,605.
