Conference representatives of the western provinces decided on the establishment of an interprovincial conference to meet monthly.. Such meetings would mean that the three Governments would benefit from closer cooperation in the handling of mutual problems. An opportunity would be provided for provincial Premiers and Cabinet Ministers to meet regularly to deal with matters of public interest.
