TROTTING SECRETARY RESIGNS
OWING TO ILL-HEALTH (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Owing to ill-health, Mr R. W. Short has resigned the position of secretary of the Wellington Trotting Club after 25 years in office. Mr W. Pore, assistant secretary for some years, has been appointed to succeed him.
