THAMES, 16th June. Word lias been received at Thames that Mr Fraser and three others have made application to the Supreme Court to have a receiver appointed for the Thames borough. Mr Fraser is one of the largest private debenture holders. He is a -j-esictent of Melbourne, and recently made a special visit to Thames to investigate the position.
