NEW JUDGES
N.S. WALES APPOINTMENTS (United Prrss Association —ltv Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 17th June, 9.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Three new Judges were appointed by the Cabinet Industrial Commission. Vacancies caused by the transfer of Mr Justice Street to another jurisdiction, and the resignation of the chairman, Mr Justice Piddingion, were filled as fol lows: Mr J. A. Browne, K.C., M.L.C., to be chairman of the Industrial Registrar; Mr A. M. Webb to be a member. Mr Justice Cantor, at- present a member, is to continue. Mr F. S. Boyce, K.C., M.L.C., has been appointed a Supreme Court Judge. He will act in Divorce Court jurisdiction, where there is considerable congestion at the present time.
