GOULBURN SEAT LOST TO LANG PARTY (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, 15th June. The only noteworthy incident in the New South Wales elections is the announcement of the.-final figures for Goul. burn seat, where Mr Tully, Minister of Lands in the Lang Government, has been defeated by Mr P. Loughlin by 1000 votes. This is\a case of history re peatiiig itself. Mr Loughlin was Min ister of Lands in 1925 in the first- Lang Government, which was wrecked by party defections, among whom was Mr Loughlin, who has now been returned as a United Australia candidate.
