CLERGYMAN INSTITUTES LEGAL PROCEEDINGS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 14th April. After associating himself with public protests, the Rev. J. S. Perkins, of Zion Congregational Church at Hulme, as a common informer lias written to 'Mr William Milward, Manager of Manchester Stadium, and Councillor L. B. Cox, master of ceremonies, regarding recent Sunday boxing contests, claiming £IOOO from the Alilward and £SOO from Councillor Cox. The action will be defended.
