MONTHLY MEETING HELD At the monthly meeting of the Nelson Land Board there were present: Messrs A. F. Waters, Commissioner of Crown Lands (chairman), J. O’Regan, AY. Blackadder and F. W. Gibbs. Leave of absence was granted to Mr A. 11. Edwards.

Applications for land. —Lots 1, 2 and 3 of section 10, block VII. Motueka Survey District. Area 27 acres 3 roods 17 perches. Capital value £4O. Applicant, A. E. Holclaway: Approved.— Application for an occupation license over 2 roods 10 perches in block XIV. Reefton Survey District, Mrs M. E. ,Griggs:. Resolved that Mrs Griggs be granted an occupation license over the area in question at an annual rental of 10s.—Section 872, Salisbury street, Westport, area 1 rood 7 perches, G. Head: Approved.—Forty acres in block IX. Reefton Survey District, T. Douglas: Resolved to grant an occupation license at an annual rental of £1 10s.
