PROCEEDINGS ABANDONED
ALLEGED THEFT OF RATE MONEY
(By Telegraph—Press Association)
WELLINGTON, This Day. The jury disagreed last week and a new trial was granted and was to have taken place this week, but it is not now intended by the Crown to proceed.
