DARING STREET ROBBERY
£IOO TAKEN FROM WOMAN CASHIER (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Robbed in Courtenay place shortly after 5 o'clock on Saturday afternoon -a woman cashier of A. E. (Preston and Co.’s Courtenay place branch butchery, lost the whole of the day’s takings. The robber took the woman by surprise, snatched the satchel containing the money, and disappeared among a throng in the vicinity. A sum of about £IOO is involved.; ■
