NAPIER PARK RACING CLUB (By Telegraph—Press Association) GREENMEADOWS, This Day. Fine weather prevailed for the first day of the Napier Park races, the first meeting since the earthquake. The course was holding and the attendance fair. Results:—
Molco Hack Hurdles, of 100 sovs; one mile and a half.—l Warzone, 1; 3 The Warden, 2; 9 Okapua, 3. Scratched: Mountain Heath. Won by half a length, two lengths. Time 2.51 2-5. Petano Hack Steeples, of 115 sovs; two miles.—2 Winter I)av (Skipper), 1; 5 Bon Ayron' (AlcDonald), 2 ; 4 Kaokaoroa (Griffiths) 3. Scratched: Dapper Boy. Won by two lengths, fifteen lengths. Time, 4.22 3-6. Alecnnee Hack Handicap, of 100 sovs; six furlongs.—2 Navalio (Robinson) 1; 3 Night Speaker (B. IT. Morris), 2; 7 Lady Ronald (Ridgeway) 3. Won by threcquartefs of a length, a length and a half between second and third horses. Time, 1.19.
