LOSS OF LIFE GREAT DAMAGE; TO PROPERTY (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (“Times”' Cables) LONDON, 19th June. “The Times” Berlin correspondent says that three people were killed and eighty injured and 130 houses wrecked in a whirlwind which swept a portion of Westphalia. Beams, scaffolding, roofs and fencing were blown into the air, and sturdy trees uprooted. Tiles hurtling in the air caused most of the casualities.

The whirlwind was followed by terrific thunderstorms.

Lightning struck a big farm at Mecklenburg ami set fire to a sheep shed, burning 400 slieep.
