CHITTAGONG DISTRICTS POLICE STRENGTHENED PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES 'United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) * DELHI, 2nd May. A Bengal Government proclamation states that owing to the dangerous and disturbed state of certain districts in Chittagong and the conduct of inhabitants, additional police will he quartered in fifty-two villages for two months at the cost of the inhabitants. A number of houses were raided by the police and several arrests made. The curfew order, night patrols, and other precautionary measures are continuing.
