ALLEGED THEFT
A SOLICITOR CHARGED (By Telegraph—Press Assecia.t.ion) TE KUITI, This Day. Athol Fielding Howarth, formerly a solicitor practising at Te Kuiti, was charged in the local Court this morning with the theft of £2OO, the property of Thomas Smith. He was remanded on the application of Detective Thompson, bail being allowed. It was stated that several other charges were pending.
