FATAL MOTOR CYCLE COLLISION

CHARGE OF NEGLIGENT DRIVING (By Telegraph—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. As the result of a collision between motor cycles in Fitzgerald avenue on 14th December, when one person was fatally hurt, Roland Charles Leslie Sanders, a civil servant, was to-day committed to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of negligently driving a motor cycle, thereby causing the death of John Henry Horatio Nelson.
