(To the Editor) Sir,-—ln your report it- valuations in connection with MeJlct'a estate ami tho evideneo supporting tlie said valuation (given, in thn Asscssmont Court yester day) a rather serious error appears in ins* valuation, which 1 will Lie pleased if'you will correct. Lot 6 and Lot 7on my valuation paper (and supported by my evidence in Court) should bo Ho per foot, not L 3 per loot as mentioned in your report.
