Trussing and Mrs A. Kobcrtson also rendered two appropriate solos,; Miss Tucker being the accompantistc; while Miss Phyllis Wpod contributed a recitation. After a liberal and dainty afternoon tea had been dispensed, tho event of tho afternoon took place, namely the advent of '[Father Christmas" (Mr E. A. Wood) who descended a ladder, Loaded with presents. ;;,The bright beaming faces of the children and the evident delight of their piuvrts and friends, must havaumply rfpaved the organisers, and all who assisted to make the afternoon such a success.. ;
