CAUSE OF ACCIDENT UNKNOWN (By Telegraph—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. William Frederick Irving, married, and City Council employee, was found very badly injured on Lincoln road, near Halswell, and died shoi’tly afterward. _ His bicycle lay on the roadside near him. The police have been unable [o discover how he received his fatal injuries, but it is surmised that he was riding bis bicycle and that he was struck by a passing motor car.
