NEGLIGENT DRIVING
CONSTABLE AWARDED DAMAGES (By Telegraph—Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. In the Supreme Court this morning. Constable Samuel Small was awarded £l3O 8s 6d damages against George Henry Fletcher for negligently driving a car. The constable was riding a motor cycle and Fletcher cut a corner too close.
