MAN AGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING "

At the weekly meeting of the Nelson Rugby Union management committee there wore present: Messrs 11. V. Scarlc, vice-president, in the chair, A. Kitcliing (Rival), A. J. Gray (College), 11. Brough (Referees), 1!. Blcwett (Nelson). iS. Edwards (Rover), A. Douglas (Wainiea), 11. lilincoe (Old Hoys), S. Bcnyoh (Wakatu), IT. Silcock (Schools), D. Merritt (treasurer), and F. J. Lock (secretary).

Applications for school footballs were granted. It was decided to write to Mr R. Ryder thanking him for donating a cup for competition between Town and Country junior representatives. Reunion and E. Scott wore placed on the Wakatu senior classification list, and R. Heslop on the Junior list. Kerr (Nelson) was reclassified to junior. The treasurer reported that the Union had a credit balance of £O2 at the bank. Last Saturday's "gate" at the Park amounted to £25 Ss n'ett.
