Knight Commander of tho Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).— Thomas Wilford, K.C., High Commissioner for New Zealand in London. KB. Knight Bachelor.—Alfred Seymour Bankart, M. 8.5., of Auckland. C.M.G. Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.).—Robert Albert Anderson, of Invercargill; Paul D. N. Verschaffelt, Public Service Commissioner, Wellingtin. N.S. WALES LIST SYDNEY, 2nd June. The birthday honours for New South Wales are:— Knight Bachelor.—Alexander Gordon, former Judge of tho Supreme Court. C.B.E.—G. Layton, Town. Clerk of tho City of Sydney; Julian Ashton, artist. M.B.E.—Mrs Ellen Leahy.
